It’s your final week to apply for Ireland Music Week 2019! Applications will close this Sunday, June 16th at 23.59pm.
To apply, you’ll need to have a Breaking Tunes profile and then you can access the application form through the ‘Opportunities’ section on your profile dashboard.
We’re looking for 50 new, emerging and export-ready artists across every genre from folk to hip-hop, lo-fi to hard rock, indie, electronic, pop, grime and everything in between. At this year’s Ireland Music Week (formerly Hard Working Class Heroes), the music showcases will take place on Friday, October 4th and Saturday, October 5th, while the IMW Music Conference will expand from 3 to 5 days and run from October 1st to 5th.

Some of last year’s big successes to progress from Hard Working Class Heroes include Just Mustard, The Wood Burning Savages, Wild Youth, True Tides, Æ Mak, Flynn, Pillow Queens,ROE, Bad Bones, A. Smyth, Kitt Philippa, LAOISE, THUMPER, Maria Kelly, Molly Sterling,Joshua Burnside and more.
