Funky Caribbean from Easkey songwriter

Easkey’s modestly monikered music act Barely Worth Listening To has released his latest single to an unsuspecting public.

Aka Steven Conway, Spin the Knight’s Cut is quite unlike the previous classy pop-driven tracks from Barely Worth Listening To, the songs Softops and Symbols.

Steven has created a funky Caribbean vibe to Spin the Knight’s Cut, complete with bouncy bass ostinato and brass.

Steven is best known for his work with the popular band Dioscó an mbó alongside fellow Sligoman Rory Selby-Smith, and has performed at Electric Picnic, Castlepalooza and Vantastival festivals, and in the renowned Róisín Dúbh, Galway. These days he performs solo as Barely Worth Listening To.
