It’s so close! We are just ***FIVE WEEKS***away from Bulmers Forbidden Fruit Festival, which signals the start of the summer festival season.
We’ve revealed a line up filled to the brim with amazing artists who’ll be playing on our beautiful stages at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham (Dublin) over the June Holiday Weekend.
SKEPTA, MURA MASA, ELBOW, DANNY BROWN, PAUL KALKBRENNER, JON HOPKINS, SAINT SISTER, FIRST AID KIT, LAURENT GARNIER, EARL SWEATSHIRT, PEGGY GOU, RY X, JULIEN BAKER, KOJAQUE and MAHALIA are just a few of the incredible performers hitting Bulmers Forbidden Fruit in 2019.
We are now excited to reveal who’ll be playing where – get your pens at the ready and start planning with our STAGE BREAKDOWN! Plus, we have some very very exciting news in the shape of a brand new stage curated by DISTRICT MAGAZINE.
District Magazine Editor Eric Davidson says, ‘As fans, we’ve been in attendance at every edition of Bulmers Forbidden Fruit since its inception in 2011. Three years ago District Magazine became media partners with the festival, arriving on site every year since to interview and photograph the artists on the innovative line up and host a series of after parties around the city. This year we’ve been invited to curate and host a brand new stage at the festival.’
‘District Magazine presents Someplace Else Stage will be in-keeping with Forbidden Fruit’s eclectic approach to line up curation. focusing on left of field electronica, indie, weirdo pop and hip hop. Someplace Else will be a breeding ground for the artists you’ll see on the main stage next year. The place where you’ll see them in an intimate setting for one of the last times.’
