CHIRPS

Chirps is a three-piece post-rock group consisting of John Breslin (Drums), Bobby Corcoran (Guitars, vox) and Mark Gannon (Bass), based in Dublin and Galway. The three played in various groups while still attending secondary school in Ballina and continued to do so throughout their years at University.

Chirps was set up in early 2008 through a shared passion for predominantly instrumental, nuance-based music. Since 2008 they have spent time writing material and performing it at gigs throughout the country. These sample tracks 'Sugar' and 'Cuffs' are from their 2010 debut album 'Future Static Prologue'.
